Tyler Wren Proffesional Cyclist
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Tyler began cycling by racing mountain bikes in the mid-90’s as a complement to his high-school running training. A graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics, Tyler switched his athletic focus from cross-country & track to cycling in 1999 and went on to become a multi-time Collegiate National Road Champion and captain of Princeton’s cycling team. Since graduation, Tyler has been racing professionally for the Jamis/Sutter Home Pro Cycling Team and its previous iterations. He has the distinction of being the domestic professional with the longest tenure at his team, a sign of Tyler’s success & dedication to his team’s and teammates’ aspirations.

Coaching Services

In addition to his ten years of professional cycling experience, Tyler has been coaching athletes since 2004 through his small coaching business Wrenegade Sports. Tyler offers power-based consulting services to a limited number of road and cyclocross cyclists.
